** Swedish shares seen opening unchanged on Tuesday
    ** Norway's Telenor  TEL.OL , a competitor of Sweden's Telia Company
 TELIA.ST  and Tele2  TEL2b.ST , has agreed to buy a 54-percent stake in Finnish
